The Cherie Blair Foundation for Women is a global organization dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs in low- and middle-income countries by providing them with the skills, technology, networks, and access to capital needed to grow sustainable businesses. One of its flagship initiatives, the Mentoring Women in Business Program, connects women entrepreneurs with experienced mentors from around the world for a transformative, year-long virtual mentoring journey.

This program is built on the belief that when women entrepreneurs are supported, they not only strengthen their businesses — they uplift entire communities and contribute to inclusive economic development. The mentoring model combines business training, goal-setting, and confidence-building with one-on-one strategic guidance, delivered via a secure online platform that makes global connection accessible regardless of geography.
