My name is Stankica Stojanović, and I come from a small town that taught me humility—but my heart was always set on something more. I moved to Banja Luka, a city that might not be the biggest, but holds endless potential for those willing to explore it. There, I tried on many different roles—marketing, sales, fashion—and each one shaped me in its own way.
Every step of my journey—from small-town beginnings to bold career shifts—taught me that strength isn’t loud. It’s quiet persistence. It’s showing up for yourself even when the outcome is uncertain.

Reality TV may seem like an unexpected chapter, but it turned out to be a turning point for me. It gave me the space to pause and truly see myself. I realized I had spent years choosing the safe path, not the fulfilling one. I was great at my job—respected, secure, steady. But I craved more. I wanted to create something of my own, something meaningful, something that would help other women feel seen, strong, and effortlessly elegant.
That’s how Stankica’s Suits was born—a brand dedicated to powerful, feminine tailoring, for women who want to walk into a room and own it. The journey hasn’t been easy. There were days filled with doubt, late nights, and empty accounts. But I always returned to my “why”—because I believe women deserve more than just getting by. We deserve to shine. To take up space. To take risks.

I invested all my money into materials and sewing bodysuits (that was my first product). I filled the car completely and put all my savings into it!
The next day, COVID hit and I lost my job at the company.
I got into the car, started crying, and realized I’d be sewing bodysuits until the pandemic ended. I pulled myself together, posted pictures on Instagram, and the orders started coming in like crazy!! During the pandemic, I had more money than ever! I sold every last piece!
Every step of my story—from small-town beginnings to bold career shifts—taught me that strength isn’t loud. It’s quiet persistence. It’s showing up for yourself even when the outcome is uncertain. It’s allowing your hands to shake, but moving forward anyway.
If you’re reading this and feel like something inside you is ready for more—trust it.
The courage is already there.
You just have to let it speak.
I did.
And I haven’t looked back.
