YOOOP (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”) is a digital ecosystem designed to support professional networking, collaboration, mentorship, and community engagement.

If you sign up with Google, Apple or Meta:

    We do not receive your passwords or sensitive authentication details.

4. Prohibited content

4.1. Safety & conduct violations

  • Bullying, insults, degrading language
  • Sexualized content
  • Violent or graphic content
  • Hate speech (race, gender, orientation, nationality, religion, etc.)

4.2. Privacy violations

  • Sharing private information without consent
  • Posting images of others without permission
  • Attempting to obtain sensitive data

4.3. Fraudulent activities

  • Fake investment opportunities
  • Misleading business claims
  • Pyramid schemes, MLM traps
  • Impersonation of another person or organization

4.4. Spam

  • Mass messaging
  • Repetitive promotional posts
  • Automated or scripted interactions

5. Business & commercial conduct

Users must not:

  • Offer regulated services without a license
  • Make unverifiable income claims
  • Promote unsafe financial decisions
  • Misrepresent credentials

6. Enforcement actions

Depending on severity, actions include:

  • Warning

  • Permanent ban

3. UGC SAFETY STANDARD

Apple requires transparency about how UGC is monitored and controlled.
This section provides full procedural detail.

1. Reporting mechanism

YOOOP includes a “Report” button for:

  • Posts
  • Comments
  • Messages
  • Profiles

Users can choose categories:

  • Harassment
  • Hate speech
  • Sexual content
  • Spam
  • Fraud
  • Privacy violation
  • Safety concerns
  • Other violations

Reports are logged, timestamped, and assigned a case number.

2. Moderation workflow

2.1. Pre-moderation

All uploads pass through automated checks for:

  • nudity detection
  • violence indicators
  • spam patterns
  • restricted keywords
  • scam-related phrases

2.2. Post-moderation

Our moderation team reviews:

  • flagged content
  • reported content
  • unusual activity patterns

Review timing: within 48 hours, sooner for severe risk.

  • Block hides your profile, messages, activity from another user.
  • Mute hides content from a user without blocking communication.

Both actions take effect immediately.

4. Impersonation prevention

A user may not:

  • Use another person’s identity
  • Use AI-generated likenesses to mimic real individuals
  • Misrepresent professional qualifications

YOOOP may require additional verification in suspicious cases.

5. Emergency & threat protocol

If a user reports:

  • imminent harm
  • violence
  • threats
  • self-harm
  • danger to others

We may:

  • suspend accounts
  • preserve evidence
  • escalate to emergency services (where possible)
  • notify relevant authorities

6. Appeals process

Users may appeal moderation decisions within 7 days.
A different moderator will review the case.

Appeals must include justification and any relevant evidence.

7. Child safety protection

Although YOOOP is for adults, we enforce:

  • age restriction (16+)
  • removal of any content involving minors in unsafe contexts
  • mandatory reporting of child exploitation to authorities

4. TERMS OF USE

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing YOOOP, you consent to all terms herein.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • be at least 16 years old
  • provide accurate information
  • not be previously banned from the Platform

3. User responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • violate laws
  • harass users
  • post harmful content
  • misrepresent services
  • scrape data
  • reverse engineer the app
  • manipulate ratings or reports

4. Intellectual property

All rights to the YOOOP brand, content, logos, UI/UX, and code belong to YOOOP d.o.o.

User-generated content remains the property of the user, but by posting you grant a:
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display the content within the Platform.

5. Subscription & payment rules

Payments are processed via:

  • Apple In-App Purchases
  • Google Play Billing
  • External payment gateways where allowed

Refunds follow Apple/Google policies and local laws.

6. Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • policy violations
  • fraudulent activity
  • safety threats
  • illegal conduct

No refunds are granted for violations.

7. Disclaimers

YOOOP is provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service
  • accuracy of user information
  • results or business outcomes

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for:

  • damages due to user interactions
  • business losses
  • misuse of content
  • unauthorized access to accounts

Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.

9. Governing law & dispute resolution

This agreement is governed by Serbian law.
Disputes are subject to arbitration unless otherwise required.

10. Changes to terms

We may update this document; users will be notified of significant changes.
